My practice consists of in-person and secure telehealth appointments during daytime hours on Mondays through Thursdays.
Phone Call Fees
Phone calls of five minutes or less are ordinarily free. Longer calls are prorated at the regular session rate of $210 per 50 minutes. Outside-session work may be charged.
Insurance & Billing
Joseph P. Farley, MFT does not bill insurance directly. Documentation and claim information can be provided to support possible out-of-network reimbursement, but such reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Joseph has opted out of Medicare, so Medicare will not reimburse for services. All sessions are billed at a fixed rate of $210 per 50-minute session.
